Shannon Iannettoni is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Sturbridge Capital. Shannon is responsible for the Firm’s finance, accounting, tax, and treasury operations. She is also responsible for fund performance measurement and investor reporting. Shannon works closely with the Firm’s fund administrator, external auditor, and tax advisors to ensure compliance with accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory standards. In her role as CCO, Shannon is responsible for developing and implementing the Firm’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance with SEC regulations for registered investment advisers. Shannon joined the Firm in 2020. Before joining Sturbridge, Shannon was an Assurance Senior Manager with PwC, where she served clients for over 12 years, specializing in providing assurance services to public companies in the financial services sector. Shannon is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Shannon graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in General Studies and received a Master of Accounting (MAcc), both from the University of Michigan.
