Chief of Staff
Zeinab (Zee) Ayoub joined Sturbridge Capital in 2023 and currently serves as Chief of Staff. Zee’s responsibilities include supporting the Firms fundraising, investor reporting, and limited partner communications. Zee also leads the Firm’s talent strategy, overseeing the full lifecycle of talent acquisition, development, and retention. Prior to joining Sturbridge, Zee was an Analyst at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where she conducted due diligence on alternative investment managers and facilitated the integration of alternative investment vehicles into client portfolios. During her time at J.P. Morgan, she also served on the Global Analyst Council, collaborating with peers and senior leadership to develop firmwide initiatives focused on professional growth, employee engagement, and philanthropic impact. Zee graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Finance from the University of Michigan
